Advanced Medical Solutions is supporting a new project in Winsford to enable ‘Passion for Learning’ to place trained volunteers from the community in to local schools.

The volunteers will be working with the children to excite their enthusiasm for reading and learning by developing the children’s own interests and ideas. Many of the children that Passion for Learning’s volunteers work with just need a little extra help and support to make them curious about the world and excited to learn new things. Using great books and a wide range of exciting resources and activities, the children love the work that they do with their volunteers and the volunteers get such a lot from seeing how the children make progress in so many areas of their lives and learning.

AMS have hosted the first training group and provided funding to help recruit, train, resource and support a group of volunteers who will soon be working with around 20 children.
